You need to confirm this legally binding online “Agreement” and to settle service fee for ParkingHK.com according to electronic invoice shown up afterwards.
Paypal link will be provided for you in the invoice to settle the fee.

The same “Agreement” page will be shown to the other party for confirmation as well.
Our system will automatically exchange phone number and email contacts right after payment by both sides.
How to calculate the service fee ?Pay the 15% of monthly rent or 0.3% of sales price (minimum HKD$200) via Paypal, bank transfer, or by cash. Our system will automatically exchange contacts right after payment by both sides.
WHAT ABOUT NO COMMITMENT BY OTHER SIDE?Refund will be made in 7 days if either party does not pay within 48 hours after one party paid service fee. NO refund will be made after both parties paid fees.
HOW DO I KNOW I GET WHAT I WANTED?Ask for photo of parking space to be included into legally binding Agreement page. Parkinghk.com will be witness if things go south.

HOW TO AVOID THE OTHER PARTY TO BREAK AGREEMENT AFTER CONFIRMING IT?You can ask for, or propose to submit, a non-refundable deposit or earnest money equivalent to 1 month rent or 1% of sales price.
The money can be temporarily deposited to Parkinghk.com or a law firm designated by recipient. This deposit will then be released to other party after tenancy agreement or initial Agreement to Sales and Purchase is signed.
