How are the pricing agreements?
If you agree to the other party's offer, you must pay a service fee equal to 0.3% of the property's sale, or a service fee of 15% of the monthly rental to ParkingHK.com (via PayPal online or other means), and subsequently the "consent" message will be forwarded to the other party. When the two sides have both paid the fees, our computer program will automatically send the contact information by SMS and email to each other.
Can ParkingHK.com provide confidential payments?
PayPal is an online payment platform used as a payment intermediary. It is a company listed in the United States, one of the largest with some of the highest level of confidentiality. You can use a variety of credit card payment, and then the service fee will be deposited into the bank account of ParkingHK.com.
ParkingHK.com does not participate in the payment process.

I have paid, but the other party has not, now what?
If the agreement service fees have not been paid by both parties, ParkingHK.com will refund within 7 days.
Both sides have paid, now how to complete the contract?
ParkingHK.com is not a real estate agent. Parking information and online trading platforms only provide a platform for the two sides to send and receive questions and bargains directly, not as real estate agents providing other services. After completing the details of the contract, the company is not responsible for the two sides actual agreement.
If the space has a tenant, the parties are free to apply for the drafting of a lease or a lawyer.
If the agreement is trading a property, the parties shall each appoint a lawyer to draft these agreements, check the title deeds, and complete the contract details.
