ParkingHK.com is a partner of Hong Kong City Parking and all of its car park operations in the territory will also accept payments to ParkingHK.com. Octopus card or cash payment at the parking lot is possible, followed by emailing the scanned receipt to info@parkinghk.com.

If the agreement service fees have not been paid by both parties, ParkingHK.com will refund within 7 days.

ParkingHK.com is not a real estate agent. Parking information and online trading platforms only provide a platform for the two sides to send and receive questions and bargains directly, not as real estate agents providing other services. After completing the details of the contract, the company is not responsible for the two sides actual agreement.

If the space has a tenant, the parties are free to apply for the drafting of a lease or a lawyer.

If the agreement is trading a property, the parties shall each appoint a lawyer to draft these agreements, check the title deeds, and complete the contract details.
